Cause analysis and solution of the hollowing out of the adhesive layer on the back of the bound book

the hollowing out of the adhesive layer on the back of the book is mainly manifested in the obvious honeycomb holes and bubbles at both ends of the crown and foot of the book. Too high a support forming mechanism will top the adhesive layer on the back of the book, too low a support forming mechanism will make the cover and the back of the book bond improperly, and will also cause the adhesive layer on the back of the book to empty

the elimination methods are:

① check whether the back milling cutter is sharp, and adjust the gap between the inner wheel of the extrusion wheel and the back milling cutter, which should be between 0.1 ~ 0.15mm

② adjust the thickness of rubber wheel and rubber layer

③ adjust the height of the supporting forming mechanism according to the thickness and hardness of the book cover paper
